Mock Court

Well done P7!

Great results in the Mock Trial at

Dundee Sheriff Court.

First  our Pursuers took on North Muirton. Although they didn't quite manage to prove their case in law their efforts in presenting their evidence were rewarded with the following score:

22 Dunbarney - 13 North Muirton

Next our defenders stood their ground against Royal Dunkeld. Although they didn't claim any expenses they were rewarded with the following score:

18 Dunbarney - 17 Royal Dunkeld

Why not join us at the finals in Edinburgh?

Fingers crossed - we might even be "on trial" again!

 Customer Vlog for the Defenders

P7 new context

This term, and continuing into the next term, P7 are taking part in the "Mock Court Project". This will involve the class splitting into two teams. Each team will consist of Solicitors, researchers, journalists, court artists, gown makers and witnesses. One team will be "Pursuers" against another school's "Defenders" whilst the other team will be "Defenders" against another school's "Pursuers". They will battle it out in court!
